By being the Chloroplast, I play an important role in the consumption of energy and production of photosynthesis. Without me in the cell, my fellow companion the Mitochondria would not be able to break down the energy molecules I'd give to it. We work as a team, it depends on me, I depend on it. Despite the fact that I play an important part in the whole energy tab of the cell, I also produce the complex situation where leaves become green called PHOTOSYNTHESIS. Although many of you may think that photosynthesis is only related to the color, other animals also depend on this. We are not only essential to ourselves but to the entire ecosystem.
Do not throw me out of this boat, you will regret staying your lives without solar energy and photosynthesis.
